Real Estate ContractA contract is a legal document outlining details of a property transaction. It is usually prepared by the agent or the seller’s solicitor, on behalf of the seller. In Queensland, unlike other states of Australia, Real Estate Agents prepare contracts for the sale and purchase of real property in the state of Queensland.
