Building and Pest Inspections

When buying a property, it is a good idea to have a registered builder & pest inspector provide you with a Building & Pest Inspection report. Your offer or contract can be conditional upon this report being satisfactory.

It is advisable to allow 5-21 days in order to obtain a completed report. This will prevent you from ending up with a house that is infested with white ants or a home that suffers from sub-standard building. Make sure your inspector is licensed and carries insurance.
